FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Full-service design is for clients who want us involved in every detail, from the first concept through installation. We handle the planning, the selections, the documentation, and the coordination so the project stays cohesive and the process is smooth and enjoyable.

FURNISHING DESIGN
For when the bones are done and the house still needs to feel like yours.
Furnishing design covers a single room or an entire home, including all soft goods. We design, source, present, procure, and install the furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories so the finished space feels layered, cohesive, and lived-in.
This service includes:
Whole-home or single-room furnishing plans
Furniture layouts and sourcing
Window treatments, rugs, bedding, and other soft goods
Accessories, art direction, and final styling
Procurement, delivery coordination, and installation
It is the right fit when construction is complete, or nearly so, and you want the interior fully designed and installed without taking on the sourcing yourself.
DESIGN BY THE HOUR
For when you want a designer in your corner, not a full project.
This is a flexible, consultation-based service for smaller needs. Book the time you need — for a layout, a finish, or a little reassurance before a bigger decision.

01 CONSULTATION
We begin with a complimentary video call or in-person meeting to learn about your goals, lifestyle, and vision. This is to ensure we’re the perfect fit for your project.
02 PROPOSAL
Following our initial meeting, a tailored proposal is created to outline your project scope of work, design needs and next steps.
03 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We begin shaping the design by developing concepts that reflect your vision and complement your home’s architecture.
This includes layouts, material selections, and an overall direction, along with a preliminary furnishings plan. Each detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure a cohesive and functional space.
04 DOCUMENTATION
All design elements are finalized, including hard surface selections, lighting, wall + ceiling treatments, and furnishings.
Final furnishings selections, specifications, and details are documented alongside the overall design to ensure everything is cohesive and ready for execution.
Comprehensive construction documentation is prepared to guide both internal and external teams, while ongoing collaboration with builders and trades ensures seamless execution through site visits, communication, and continued support.
05 PROCUREMENT + INSTALLATION
For furnishing projects, we manage the sourcing, ordering, and logistics, coordinating white-glove delivery and installation to bring your space together seamlessly.
